About Me
I've spent the last two decades-plus wearing a lot of hats in a lot of offices, and I mean that literally. I started out in my family's neon sign production business, where I learned fast that no two days look the same and that a little creativity goes a long way when things get chaotic. Since then, I've worked in roles spanning administrative support, accounts receivable, customer service, international sales, call centers, and executive support for a COO at a tech company. I even spent time at a print center helping people bring their ideas to life, and some of those requests were wild. I figured it out every time.
All of that adds up to something I'm genuinely proud of: I don't just understand how to manage a calendar or handle an inbox. I understand how business actually works - the moving parts, the pressure points, and what it feels like when you're running too fast to keep up with your own to-do list. That's exactly why I started this.
I ask a lot of questions upfront because getting things right the first time matters more to me than moving fast in the wrong direction. I'm the kind of person who takes notes, double-checks details, and follows up. I'm also the kind of person who will make you laugh occasionally, which I've found most clients appreciate more than they expect.
I'm based in Waterbury, CT with my wife, and I work virtually with clients wherever they are. If you're looking for someone dependable, adaptable, and genuinely invested in helping your business run better, I'd love to connect.
